Campaign overview

Setup usually takes up to 24 hours after you sign up while we configure your campaign. Your 48-hour free trial starts at signup rather than when posting begins, so part of it covers setup.

Once an hour in each group on your plan, around the clock. Posts are spread through the hour instead of landing all at once, and the live counter on your Overview tab tracks them as they go.

Send the new image or text to @AshleyNewton. It goes to the review team first, and updates usually land within 24 to 48 hours.

Open the Packages tab and pick your new plan. The unused days on your current plan are credited toward it, so you only pay the difference. For a downgrade, message support.

Message @AshleyNewton and we’ll take care of it. Cancelling stops your next renewal, and your campaign keeps running until the end of the cycle you have already paid for.

Yes. Your Overview tab counts posts as they go out, and support can send you screenshots of your flyer in the groups, or a screen recording that shows the groups.

Verification is optional, though we recommend it. Our posting accounts are already verified, so your campaign runs in every group either way, but a verified badge builds trust with the creators who see your flyer. To get verified, message @autoverifynewbot and send /start.
